A graduate of the US Navy's Nuclear Power Program, Mike Goldsmith ("Goldy" to his friends and long-time clients) cut his electrical teeth first onboard a fast-attack submarine as a nuclear operator, and then as a support staff member in the Reagan White House. In addition to a high degree of electrical expertise, both of these jobs demanded attention to detail, higher than normal standards, a hearty work ethic, and a can-do outlook when facing problems that occurred in stressful environments.

     Mike formed ES&G Services in the summer of '89, and made those ideals the backbone of the way we have always done business. And to ensure it'll stay that way, we're proud to say we keep it in the family: on any given day, you might meet up with Mike's son Greg running your project; daughter Maggie keeps us on course logistically; and Granny Ann mans the phones and keeps us running on time.
